Job Description:Our client is looking for Business Building Leads for Military Intelligence Operations to include Navy, Air Force, Army, Joint, Collections and Analysis. These individuals will lead business development (BD) activities to include customer shaping, lead identification and qualification, capture management, and proposal support for $100M annual Business Unit, and may include delivery responsibilities, depending on the candidates.

Skills/Requirements:

BS minimum, but Master Degree a plus.

Minimum experience of 10 years with increasing track record of business development success.

Demonstrated experience in line management, project/program management, and business development roles including capture and proposal management.

Demonstrated outstanding written and oral communication skills.

Ability to listen to customer needs, translate those needs into specific requirements, and identify/tailor company services and solutions to meet those needs.

Experience with market assessments, analysis of competitors and potential partners, and development of strategies.

Ability to use all modern IT tools for customer relationship management, briefing/white paper preparation and delivery, and proposal development.

Minimum Security Clearance: TS/SCI clearance required Security Clearance Required.
