Job Description:NYC based residential Real Estate Development and Property Management firm seeks paralegal with 2 plus years of experience. Need someone extremely organized and motivated who has good communication skills. Will be trained as to job duties.

Will be handling and working with the NYSHA office- calling, follow-ups, handle Sect 8 voucher processing. Will be sitting with Property Managers at Reliant and at several properties making sure files are organized. Must have good communication skills, have good database skills and good work ethic.
