Job Description: Solution & Technology Consultant

A small data center that showcases HP solutions and technology to customers visiting the HP Executive Briefing Center is in need of a contractor who has strong HP experience.

The contractor will help maintain a demo environment as well as help deliver customer demonstrations. They are only interested in candidates with strong HP product experience as well as very good customer facing skills, and who will not need to relocate.

Candidates with experience in Operation Orchestration (formally known as Opsware) or HP Integrity Blades are preferred.

Description:
• Design, implement, enhance and maintain infrastructure and demonstrations for the following technologies & solutions
o HP Integrity Blades running HP-UX and/or Linux
o HP Storage Solutions (e.g. EVA, LeftHand Networks, Storage Essentials)
o Infrastructure Management Tools (Insight Control Edition, Systems Insight Manager, VSE, Operation Orchestration)
• Perform server & networking administrator functions to maintain and enhance infrastructure and demonstration software/hardware solutions:
o Order, Install & configuring servers & storage devices
o Operate and administer software packages to automate deployment, equipment configurations and monitoring
o Install patches & upgrades
o Troubleshoot & resolve issues related to networking, server, or infrastructure management tools
o Write & implement processes & policies
• Investigate, evaluate and leverage from existing content for exhibits, demonstrations and presentations
• Collaborate with account and pre-sales teams to create memorable experiences for customer briefings
• Deliver compelling hands-on demonstrations and tours for customer briefings in strategic areas: Next Generation Data Center, Infrastructure Management, Blade Systems, Virtualization, Consolidation, Automation, Energy & Space Efficiency

Description:
The Prime Services Program Manager is responsible for developing a cross asset class prime brokerage platform

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
Act as the dedicated project manager for the build out of the US Prime Services desk.

Develop project plans, arrange resources, communicate with stakeholders, manage relationship with steering committee and make key decisions or recommendations.

Assist the Head of Prime Services in the review of current market trends, establish overall direction, identify current/future client requirements, review gaps in internal processing flows, develop business case for strategic projects and recommend solutions.

Work closely with all work streams (Front Office Tech, Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Legal, etc*) to ensure coordination of projects and deliverables from a client delivery perspective.

Worked with IT developers to define project scope, develop business requirements, test products, manage UAT Processes, rollout products while managing risk and product deliverables.

Our client, financial industry, is seeking a Program Manager for the Cash/ADR business.The purpose of the Cash-ADR business is to sell/buy ADR securities to/from clients on an agency and facilitation basis as well as trade on behalf of the firm*s principal book. Agency and facilitation/principal trades can also be converted from ADRs to ordinaries and vice versa. Primary Responsibilities and

Duties:
Responsible for the global management and oversight of Cash/ADR projects.

Has direct (and matrix) management of multiple project managers.

Partner closely with Middle Office, Finance, Operations and COO teams (including Sr. Management) and Technology Partners to define/re-define business processes and implement related technology solutions.
