Referral Program
There is no mystery to recruiting, the best way to find qualified candidates is through referrals. We here at Bernard Nickels & Associates are proud to introduce our referral bonus program.
If your referral accepts a permanent placement:
- Salary up to $50,000 = $500.00
- Salary between 50,000 and $100,000 = $1,000.00
- Salary over $100,000 = $1,500.00
All candidates must stay working for at least 90 days in order to be eligible for the Referral Bonus!
For a consulting or temporary assignment:
- Hourly wage up to $25.00 per hour = $250.00
- Hourly wage up to $25.01 to $50.00 per hour = $500.00
- Hourly wage over $50.00 = $750.00
