Independent and entrepreneurial 

BNA was born on a grassroots foundation — no investors, no outside interests. Founder Brad Widolok set out with a vision and worked hard every day to achieve it — staying the course, treating people with respect, growing BNA organically by word-of-mouth. The team he built largely remains with BNA today.
