Delivering top notch service is Brad Widolok’s primary commitment. It’s a crucial component to how Brad does business which has solidified his reputation as a respected recruiting and staffing leader. At the helm of Bernard Nickels and Associates (BNA) since 2002, Brad has grown BNA into a nationwide full-service firm. When organizations make the decision to hire staffing and recruitment support, they want to be more than a number in a sea of client teams. To better understand and align candidate and client needs, Brad centers authentic conversations, personalized approaches, and a commitment to helping brands adapt to shifting employee focus, culture fits, and the well-being of all. 

Prior to starting BNA, Brad served as a Managing Director at the Execu|Search Group, a full service recruitment firm located in New York. Brad's professional journey began in 1996 as an Account Executive at a publicly traded IT training and consulting company. He earned his BA in Journalism from The Ohio State University in 1995.

Outside of spearheading the BNA team, Brad enjoys playing his guitar, staying active through exercise, and spending his free time with his wife and three children on Long Island.
