Sam Wagner

Business Development Manager

Sam joins BNA with over three years of experience in sales and talent management and has made an immediate impact. Prior to joining BNA, she managed a full contract desk at Robert Half for the Atlanta area, where she excelled in connecting top-tier talent with leading organizations.

Before her time at Robert Half, Sam worked as a neurodevelopmental teacher and served as a club volleyball coach, showcasing her passion for guiding others to success both academically and athletically.

As a Business Development Manager, Sam focuses on delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates alike. She takes pride in building lasting relationships and is known for her diligence, persistence, and strong work ethic. Sam is dedicated to helping her clients build high-performing teams and excels at finding the right fit for even the most challenging roles.

Sam earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and is an avid traveler and sports enthusiast. In the past year alone, she has visited over 10 states and 3 countries, including Japan and Australia. If you ever find yourself in a new city, she’ll have a whole itinerary for you! She also enjoys running and playing volleyball on indoor, sand, and grass courts. When not working or traveling, Sam loves bringing friends together and cheering on the UGA football team.
