Prior experience in supporting onboarding efforts for employees from a new acquisition is highly desirable.
Prior experience dealing with IT focused roles; either working in a Tech company or helping to onboard Technical roles

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Generalist with at least 7 years of progressive experience in human resources. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in onboarding process for employees from a new acquisition, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into our company culture. A background in technology is also ideal; whether you have worked for a tech company or worked with a tech department within a company.
Responsibilities:
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations issues, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
Conduct new hire orientation sessions and facilitate the onboarding process for employees joining the company, with a focus on those from a recent acquisition.
Coordinate training and development initiatives to support employee growth and career advancement opportunities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS data, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data privacy regulations.
Partner with cross-functional teams to support various HR initiatives and projects, such as diversity and inclusion efforts, employee engagement surveys, and talent management programs.
Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations, proactively updating policies and practices to remain compliant.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on HR generalist functions.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to apply them effectively in a corporate setting.
Experience managing employee relations issues and providing coaching to managers and employees.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Prior experience in supporting onboarding efforts for employees from a new acquisition is highly desirable.
