Work Schedule: Onsite Monday-Friday, 10 hours per day (40 Regular & 10 OT hours per week; 50 hours per week in total)
Pay Range: $60 to $70 per hour

Responsibilities:
Daily Management:
Oversee mechanical construction projects delivering energy savings for institutional, government, commercial, and public customers.
Assist Senior Project Manager in project schedule tracking, reporting, and internal communications.
Maintain vendor and subcontractor relationships, ensuring quality, on-time, and within-budget project delivery.
Keep project schedules up-to-date, monitor critical path activities, and track outstanding tasks.
Provide bi-weekly schedules to facilitate customer coordination and planning.
Assist with inspections and ensure AHJ (Authority Having Jurisdiction) inspections are scheduled.
Safety & Compliance:
Ensure compliance with company, industry, customer, and jurisdictional safety standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of mechanical project management experience.
Current OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification.
Current First Aid & CPR Certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficient with Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills.
Organizational, proactive, and experienced in OSHA compliance.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to travel frequently.
