Avature Systems Contractor

Job Overview

The Avature Systems Contractor will be responsible for configuring and managing the Avature Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to support Talent Acquisition needs. This role requires translating business requirements into precise configuration specifications, implementing and testing system enhancements, and ensuring up-to-date system documentation. This position collaborates closely with the Avature Platform Manager to introduce new tools and systems in Talent Acquisition, lead testing efforts, and create standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into configuration specifications within the Avature ATS.

  • Implement minor system enhancements and perform QA/testing to ensure quality.

  • Maintain detailed system documentation, including SOPs and workflow diagrams.

  • Lead testing efforts: create test cases, manage testing workbooks, and conduct tests.

  • Collaborate with the Avature Platform Manager to align system functionality with client needs.

  • Support new tool and system integrations in the Talent Acquisition space.

  • Communicate effectively across teams to maintain project timelines.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of Avature system administrator experience, including configuration.

  • Strong understanding of HR business processes, particularly Talent Acquisition and HRIS systems like SAP.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.

  • Experience with system support, including responding to inquiries, system testing, and implementation.

  • Commitment to customer service, with a proven track record of meeting commitments.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Avature system administrator certification.

  • Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
