Talent Project Manager
Job Description:
This is a fully remote contract role on our global consulting client’s US-Talent Transformation Digital & Analytics Team.
The individual in this position will need to demonstrate strong project management skills, be very collaborative and detail-oriented, and handle responsibilities including:
Coordinating meetings.
Tracking and updating project plans, risks, issues, and decisions (RAID log).
Creating project materials.
Supporting design sessions, user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover, training, and service rehearsal testing processes as needed.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree.
5-7 years of relevant work experience implementing Talent systems and processes from ideation through deployment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Word, Teams).
Preferred:
PMP Certification.
Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors, or ServiceNow.
Strong knowledge of leading-edge project management methodologies.
Experience supporting the implementation of new Talent systems and processes.
Background in well-being, compensation, benefits administration, and talent processes.
Strong written/verbal executive communication and presentation skills.
Excellent listening, facilitation, and influencing skills with audiences at all management and leadership levels.
