Office hours: Monday thru Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Base salary: $40,000 – $45,000
Commission: 3% - 5% of revenue.

We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Inside Sales Coordinator with ambitious sales goals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and a proven track record of success in inside sales.
The Inside Sales Coordinator’s role is to provide a high level of customer service to new and assigned clients.
The coordinator is accountable for daily cold calling and customer entry, scheduling of sales calls, and finding relevant stake holders among industrial security managers, quality controls leadership, production and logistical managers and/or purchasing.
A successful candidate will be responsible for accurately handling customers’ requests in a timely manner and building long term relationships with clients.
This person will need to be comfortable on the telephone and be a “hunter” in terms of new business.
While a list of potential clients will be provided, this person must be willing to make cold calls to perspective clients and sell them on the company’s products and services.
The ideal candidate will be well spoken and be able to communicate well but the most important attribute- they must have the desire and ability to sell the company’s products.
The company’s culture is such that we operate as a team, however, it is important to understand that each team member must have a “whatever it takes” attitude.
This role requires exceptional communication skills, as well as proficiency in Pipeline software.
Responsibilities
Phone canvasing, inhouse, and other sales activities.
Build up customer base with repeated commissions.
Aggressively sell the Company’s products using the phone. - Process sales orders and generate pricing quotations over the phone.
Establish, grow, and retain customer base as well as develop new business using the phone.
Investigate and resolve customer issues.
Support counter sales and Outside Sales activities.
Communicate and discuss market conditions with Management daily.
Willing to learn new skill sets through our internal training programs.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
Engage in outbound calling efforts to identify new business opportunities and nurture existing relationships.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.
Experience
Sales: 2 years (Required)
Industrial sales of quality products: 2 years (Required)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with outbound calling techniques and warm calling strategies.
A solid understanding of the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Outstanding customer service and telephone/verbal communication skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of product; able to suggest appropriate related products for purchase.
Able to prospect new customers and increase sales with established accounts.
Able to build and maintain a positive working relationship with customers, vendors, and co-workers.
Identify customer needs, provide profitable solutions, explain our value-added services, and close the sale
