Location: Boca Raton FL - 100% onsite
Monday through Friday from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
Job responsibilities include:
Front desk reception - answering calls, meeting and greeting visitors
Reserving conference rooms, conference room set ups
Maintenance of kitchen pantry supplies and ordering catered food services for meetings.
Copy/mail room services, large print jobs
Assisting attorney with trial binder prep
Receive, scan, process all incoming and outgoing mail/packages USPS/FEDEX, arrange messenger services.
Monitor inventory of office supplies, submit building maintenance requests.
Light filing, document changes, and clerical projects.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook, strong time management, ability to multitask, and organization skills.
