Job Title: Client Services/Hospitality Representative
Type: Perm
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Boca Raton FL - 100% onsite

Monday through Friday from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm

Job responsibilities include:

  • Front desk reception - answering calls, meeting and greeting visitors

  • Reserving conference rooms, conference room set ups

  • Maintenance of kitchen pantry supplies and ordering catered food services for meetings. 

  • Copy/mail room services, large print jobs

  • Assisting attorney with trial binder prep

  • Receive, scan, process all incoming and outgoing mail/packages USPS/FEDEX, arrange messenger services. 

  • Monitor inventory of office supplies, submit building maintenance requests. 

  • Light filing, document changes, and clerical projects. 

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook, strong time management, ability to multitask, and organization skills.
