Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. The HR Coordinator will assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, a commitment to maintaining confidentiality, and a passion for supporting a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:

    • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.

    • Prepare and process new hire paperwork and conduct onboarding sessions.

    • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and new hire documentation.

  • Employee Relations and Support:

    • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.

    • Assist with resolving employee issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

    • Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs.

  • HR Administration:

    • Maintain and update employee records and databases.

    • Prepare and process HR-related documentation, such as employment verifications, benefits enrollment, and leave requests.

    • Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment processes.

  • Compliance and Reporting:

    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

    • Assist with the preparation of HR reports and metrics.

    • Support HR audits and ensure that documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

  • Additional Responsibilities:

    • Support HR initiatives and projects as needed.

    • Contribute to creating and maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

    • Assist with organizing company events and activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

  • 1-3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.

  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
