Position Overview: We are seeking a versatile and proactive HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for a broad range of HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, and compliance. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of HR practices, and a commitment to supporting both the organization's goals and employee needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership:
Partner with senior management and business leaders to understand business needs and provide HR solutions that support strategic goals.
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational performance.
Act as a trusted advisor on HR-related matters, including talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
Talent Management:
Lead and support talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning, recruiting, and onboarding.
Collaborate with managers on performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
Identify and address skills gaps and training needs to build a strong and capable workforce.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
Provide guidance and support on complex employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Monitor and analyze employee feedback and trends to recommend and implement improvements.
Change Management:
Support and facilitate organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, process improvements, and cultural transformation.
Develop and execute communication plans to ensure smooth transitions during change processes.
Compliance and Policy:
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Review and update HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices and legal requirements.
Conduct investigations and manage compliance issues as needed.
HR Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations for business decision-making.
Prepare and present reports on HR-related metrics, trends, and issues to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
7+ years of HR experience, with a strong background in HR business partnering and strategic HR management.
Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and change management.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
