Position Overview: We are seeking a versatile and proactive HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for a broad range of HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, and compliance. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of HR practices, and a commitment to supporting both the organization's goals and employee needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership:

    • Partner with senior management and business leaders to understand business needs and provide HR solutions that support strategic goals.

    • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational performance.

    • Act as a trusted advisor on HR-related matters, including talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.

  • Talent Management:

    • Lead and support talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning, recruiting, and onboarding.

    • Collaborate with managers on performance management, employee development, and succession planning.

    • Identify and address skills gaps and training needs to build a strong and capable workforce.

  • Employee Relations and Engagement:

    • Provide guidance and support on complex employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.

    • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

    • Monitor and analyze employee feedback and trends to recommend and implement improvements.

  • Change Management:

    • Support and facilitate organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, process improvements, and cultural transformation.

    • Develop and execute communication plans to ensure smooth transitions during change processes.

  • Compliance and Policy:

    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

    • Review and update HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices and legal requirements.

    • Conduct investigations and manage compliance issues as needed.

  • HR Analytics and Reporting:

    • Utilize HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations for business decision-making.

    • Prepare and present reports on HR-related metrics, trends, and issues to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.

  • 7+ years of HR experience, with a strong background in HR business partnering and strategic HR management.

  • Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and change management.

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
